Eggs are the one true superfood in my opinion.

I find it quite funny that I now love eggs in so many ways. When I grew up I had an “on and off” relationship with eggs where I either liked them only soft boiled, then hated that, like them scrambled but only if smothered in tomato sauce. They can still kind of freak me out occasionally, but on the whole I know they are amazingly good for me. As part of a recipe they are just amazing in baking and quiches. I do have to say quiche is easily one of my all time favourite egg recipes.
