365 MEAL PLANS QUICK & EASY MEALS
What is the purpose of this page?
I have put this page together as a reference guide for meal substitution for recipes and meals within the 365 and Mad Creations. Divided into 2 sections I have separated some meals that are below one 1 gram of net carbs per average serve, that are simple to prepare. The other section 1-5 gram of net carbs per average serve, and again easy recipes including some that need no explanation, some that are exclusive to 365, and some recipes that are included on the free website. If you are a member and following the meal plans if a recipe does not appeal to you or you would like to add extra meals into your day please use this list as your guide. Of course we also have the Breakfast page and Bread Selections page as well for easy to prepare breakfast options and make ahead/bake ahead basics!
