How to use this free 14 day keto meal plan!

  1.  All recipes in the keto meal plan have been calculated for 2 people for the shopping list. If cooking for more or less simply multiply or divide.
  2. If a recipe link shows serving for 1 use the slider to change to 2 serves.
  3.  Each recipe has a view or print tab. If you wish to just follow the recipes online just click view recipe and you can follow each recipe in simple steps in both Thermomix® and conventional methods where suitable.
  4.  Each recipe can be printed and kept for your sole purpose only. Any printing, screenshots or photographs shared on the internet is a breach of my copyright.  If you wish to share please share the link to the post and the plan only.
  5. Each recipe has macros that have been calculated using the WP Recipe Maker plugin. It is advised that you track your own macros on your personal tracker. Please remember brands of products can widely change the carbohydrate content of certain recipes.
  6. This free 14 day keto plan has been created with only 2 meals per day, as it seems the majority of our users eat on average 2 meals or less per day.  The website has over 450 recipes to choose from.

    Thank you. I was wondering if it is posible to also include the ingredients in cups/ounces measurements. I don’t have a scale and I have to look up each ingredient for the equivalent amount.

      Hi Ellie, All my recipe do include the imperial tab to change over the measurements. If you look just above the ingredients lists you should find it there. You can also adjust serves as well

    Interesting, I’m thinking about that two meal a day aspect. A twelve hour fasting gap might mean my hubby wouldn’t need to take a lunch. Thanks and hopefully we can get into this with the help you’ve given.

    This is so generous of you. I have printed off the recipes but so you know the link for day 9 is not working properly. The bread recipe is there but nothing else. Looking forward to trying these out and putting together from all my purchases of your books my own meal plan. Xx
