These Keto Caramel Custard Donuts are my very BEST donut recipe to date!

I am not yanking your chain or just trying to sell the recipe… it’s FREE! haha!

No, but seriously the donuts are crispy on the outside, light and fudgy on the inside, and this custard oh my!  This weekend I am so using it for a new recipe that will have a lot of people really happy.  A dessert I am often asked to hack.

Anyway, definitely try this recipe, its one to pin for later or make this weekend.  I made it today because it is World Donut Day!  So why not make some keto donuts.  Hmmm kenuts? tonuts?  ketonuts?  haha.

Super easy and tasty and again using that delightful golden sweetener from Sukrin Australia

For some exciting and delicious alternative topping flavours Marcia Burgmann has created the following amazing donuts using the base recipe plus her own twist,

Raspberry & White Chocolate
30g white cacao butter
10g coconut oil
Melt 1 minute in the microwave & allowed to cool to a soft spreadable butter like consistency combined with approx 30g of the donut custard.
This will be more than you need for a single donut.
Decorate with fresh/ frozen raspberries & freeze dried raspberries (I didn’t weigh these so will have to guess sorry).
