I am really loving making Mad Creations Lemon Ginger Fizz Mocktails. 

These are super refreshing drinks every day.  Its so easy to come up with new ways to get my apple cider vinegar daily, and I must say I have been losing a little weight every day since drinking these, so it must help with digestion and cleansing.

Anyway this one is fabulous!

Mad Creations Lemon Ginger Fizz Mocktail

  • 2 1 inch pieces fresh ginger
  • 5 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • 2 large icecubes


  • Add everything except the soda water to a glass
  • Muddle with muddler, or a spoon (basically just give it a bit of a squish and crush)
  • Add a couple of large icecubes
  • Top with soda water
