Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 250 g organic peanut butter
  • 60 g organic coconut oil
  • 25 g cacao powder
  • 2 bananas

Topping Ingredients

  • 30 g organic dark chocolate
  • 10 g organic cacao crackle
  • 10 g freeze dried raspberries

Instructions

  • Add bananas, cacao, peanut butter and coconut oil to Thermomix®
  • Blend 2 minutes/speed 5
  • Spread into prepared tins or moulds (I used 2 x 4x4 mini cake tins)
  • Freeze
  • Melt chocolate and pour onto base
  • Sprinkle with cacao crackle, buckinis, and freeze dried raspberries
  • Total Yum

Notes

This is so delicious on its own, or in thin slivers in a breakfast smoothie bowl.
