Delicious Sugar-Free Keto Chocolate Truffles that can help satisfy the largest of cravings for a chocolate sweet. In truffle form chocolate goes so much further without the carb count.
Chocolate truffles are so good. I was even surprised how tasty these were. I was never someone to eat truffles beforehand, but in the process of creating recipes that others request I get to try so many different foods than I would usually be exposed to, or think to create myself.
Of course in my previous career cooking professionally for 13 years a great deal of what I cooked was not necessarily what I would have eaten at home.
It has surprised me since going keto how much I enjoy the occasional sweet now, when before I never did. Oh hang on I lie….. I was a bit of a lolly fiend! However, these truffles are so easy and so perfect and the good thing is one is enough. Plus they freeze well!
So I guess if you follow me and my recipes you are getting “Me” in each recipe. Nothing that I have just learnt, no wordly trips or copied recipes that are just not my style, will ever grace the recipes on this site,or in my recipe books. If you are not a fan of “my style” that is fine. I have never been one that everyone likes lol.
Anyway I hope you can at least like and enjoy these truffles, there isn’t much in this recipe that you could not love.
