1. Depending on nut butter used you may need to add more whey protein to make the mix firmer. Add as needed.
2. Mixture should be the consistency of soft fudge. If the mix still needs more firming add more whey protein.
3. Protein Balls can be store in the fridge for up 1 month or frozen up 3 months.
4. Use different nut butter for variations. Add crushed nuts or cacao nibs for a crunchier ball.
