Keto Mexican Beef Burger

Unbelievably tasty and easy our Keto Mexican Beef Burgers will have you super happy. Make ahead or in bulk and freeze for those days when you cannot be bothered cooking at all. Or even better use them in the lunchboxes throughout the week in many different ways.

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Place all beef burger ingredients into a large bowl and massage together until well combined.
  • Press ground beef into 4 large patties.
  • Grill or fry burgers to desired doneness.
  • Serve with favourite sauce, salad or as per our serving suggestion. Top Low Carb Bun with lettuce, Easy Keto Guacamole, Chile Con Queso and protein chips. Enjoy!

THERMOMIX® METHOD

  • Place all beef burger ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix 30 seconds/speed Scrape and repeat if necessary. Follow from Step 2 above.

Notes

  1. Keto Mexican Beef Burgers can be frozen before or after grilling.
  2. Different ground meats can be substituted for a tasty variation.
  3. A delicious summery version could be to make mini burger patties or meatballs and serve with salad.
