Double Chocolate Jaffa Keto Brownies

These moresih chewy brownies are truly the best keto treat to go into my mouth!

  • 50 g crushed walnuts or pecans

Instructions

Conventional Method

  • Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a a brownie baking tin with baking paper
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined
  • Stir through chocolate chunks. Spoon into pan. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until slightly firm around the edges. This brownie will continue to firm and harden once out of the oven.
  • Serve as is or top with chocolate ganache or Fat Ice

Thermomix® Method

  • Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a a brownie baking tin with baking paper
  • Mix all ingredients except chocolate for 45 sec/speed 5

Notes

For a dairy free version swap butter for coconut oil.
For a nut free version use tahini Brownies are suitable to freeze, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
If not using the collagen there is no need for any substitutions.
